Summer Holiday Closure 2026

Dear Parents and Carers,

We hope this message finds you well! As we approach the summer holidays, we wanted to give you plenty of advance notice about our closure arrangements for this period.

Our nursery will be closed during the summer holidays to allow our wonderful, dedicated team to enjoy some well-deserved time off with their families. We believe that our staff work incredibly hard throughout the year to provide the best possible care and education for your children, and this break gives them the opportunity to rest and recharge.

Closure Dates

Funded Children: We will not be offering funded sessions from Thursday 23rd July to Wednesday 2nd September 2026.

All Children (Including Fee-Paying): The nursery will be completely closed to all children from Friday 14th August at 1pm through to Wednesday 2nd September 2026.

When We’re Open

Thursday 23rd July – Thursday 14th August (until 1pm): Open for fee-paying children only
Friday 14th August (from 1pm) – Wednesday 2nd September: Closed for all children

Reopening

We will reopen as normal for all children on Thursday 3rd September 2026. We’re excited to welcome all our little learners back and know they’ll have lots of wonderful summer adventures to share with us!

Planning Your Childcare

We understand that arranging alternative childcare during the summer holidays can be a challenge, and we really appreciate your understanding and flexibility during this time.

Funded Parents: If you would like to book additional fee-paying sessions from 23rd July until 1pm on 14th August, please speak to our office team as early as possible.

Fee-Paying Parents: Please note the complete closure from 1pm on 14th August through to 2nd September.
